We pay for enjoying the convenience of the Luxury Car on Rental but sometimes we get caught in the unexpected fee structure of the
companies if we go unprepared. My suggestion is that never take things for
granted instead ask any or every query you have in your mind, as the
representatives from these rental companies never say no to any question and
answer them all. So it’s better to know beforehand only that, “what you're getting”
or “what you're paying for” in regards to the car rental.
·
A big no to
unpaved roads: trust me
sometimes in the excitement of coming adventure we do not pay too much heed to
the company professional, as in what they are telling about the company’s
policies and all the stuff. Firstly, pay heed and secondly, when you were
admiring the view of your Luxury Car on
Rental, the representative said
one important thing i.e. “do not drive on unpaved
roads else you have to pay extra fee”. So don’t get too adventurous or be ready
to pay for it.
·
The cost of gas: rental
companies provide the car with full tank and expect you to bring it back in
same condition else they will add the price to
the bill itself. So it’s better to stop once while coming back from the trip.
Because the companies have a different rate card to charge for gas which is normally higher than the normal gas rates.
And I always say precaution is better than cure.
·
Airport
Fee: If you can then try to
avoid renting the car at airport terminal as the rental companies have to pay
certain charges at the airport and they
are bound to charge them from you. So it’s better
to enjoy your first ride from the airport to the hotel through shuttle
or a prepaid taxi service and then hire the
car from your hotel to other places.
·
Bring your
own necessities: If you need a great collection of music or a sound GPS system
then it’s better to bring your own if it is not included in the car package
else get ready the fee for the same too. Pack your own traveling essentials instead of depending the rental companies
because they no doubt can help you but will also charge for it.
